About the Role

As a Senior Bartender - Lobster Bar & Grill, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
• Gather guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Hotels / Clubhouses / Premium Bars.
• Sound understanding of various kinds of spirits and wine.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skill.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese or Putonghua would be an advantage.
