Floor Supervisor 樓層主管

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the guest services and cleanliness of guestrooms are up to hotel’s standard
• Supervise and coach team of Room Attendants on daily duties to ensure smooth operation

職責:

• 確保顧客服務質素及客房整潔程度符合酒店標準
• 監督及指導房務員團隊的日常工作以確保部門運作暢順

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Housekeeping experience
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• With formal vocational training in hotel operation is a plus

入職要求:

• 擁有不少於一年房務工作經驗
• 操良好廣東話、普通話及英語，並具備良好中英語書寫能力
• 曾接受正式職業培訓可獲優先考慮
