Purchasing Officer (5-day Work Week 五天工作週)

Job Duties:

• Responsible for general hotel purchasing and related work including sourcing, purchasing and deliveries
• Prepare documentation of relevant purchasing including price comparisons, market surveys etc
• Working location at Quarry Bay

Requirements:

• Holder of Diploma in Hotel Management / Purchasing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
