Presently, we are looking for high-caliber candidates for the positions of:

Controller Department

Administration Officer (Accounts)

• 5-day Work Week

Job Duties:

• Responsible for general accounting duties;
• Handle bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger 
• Assist in preparing monthly schedule, month-end closing, and reporting
• Coordinate with other departments to verify and promptly deliver precise financial data
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Working location at Quarry Bay

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or relevant discipline
• 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality industry
• Proficient in computer skill including MS Excel and Word, with knowledge of Flex system is a definite advantage
• A team player with good problem-solving, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
