Supervisor, Customer Services (Shopping Mall)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality services to the customers and lead the customer services team
  • Ensure the customer services provided is up to the service standard of the company
  • Handle customer enquiries & complaints and cultivate harmonious relationship with customers
  • To coach our service staff to deliver exceptional customer services and provide assistance to them when required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in hospitality management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in customer services field
  • Solid working experience in shopping mall is a must
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), other foreign languages is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality with helpful, friendly, tactful, patient and proactive character
