We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Channel Director to drive revenue growth in the leisure transient segment, by optimizing the hotel’s digital presence across direct channels, brand stores, and OTAs. The role manages the execution of digital strategies and campaign-driven content management to enhance guest engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities:
Digital Budget Management and Execution
- Allocate and optimize hotel-level digital budgets across various online channels, including Digital Direct and OTAs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive digital calendars coordinating with national campaigns and hotel commercial objectives.
Campaign / Product Management
- Execute targeted leisure transient campaigns to target market, such as Online Flash Sales and national promotions like 618 and Double 11.
- Design and manage the lifecycle of voucher products, ensuring alignment with hotel leisure strategies and audience needs.
Channel & Content Management
- Monitor compliance rates and swiftly address any discrepancies to maintain optimal distribution.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, ensuring content adheres to SEO, OTA best practices for enhanced discoverability.
Performance Management / Data Analysis
- Conduct thorough performance reviews, analyzing campaign data to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
- Passion for the hospitality industry, and Customer-centric mindset.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in OTA, Marketing, Distribution, Ecommerce Related industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Demonstrates sharp digital potential and strong market acumen, and motivated to explore emerging digital commerce opportunities
- Fluent written and spoken English are preferred
