Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordination and administrative service to the Sales & Marketing department to assist Hotel revenue generation;
  • Handle and follow up customers’ enquiries in a timely manner;
  • Prepare proposal, quotations and contracts and assist in contract signing process;
  • Maintain accurate and updated record of all sales activities and customer information in relevant systems e.g. Delphi, Opera etc.;
  • Provide support to Catering and MICE team on group and event management;
  • Provide support to Communications team in marketing projects and building brand awareness;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in hospitality management or related studies;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel industry;
  • Good organization and interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in computer skills, knowledge in hotel systems e.g. Delphi, Opera is an advantage;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Coordinator.
