Oversee the hotel’s security operations, ensuring compliance with Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001), all fire safety and occupational safety regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in line with local legislation.
Prepare and provide guidance on inclement weather and other emergency incidents
Monitor and evaluate security systems; conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Lead and train the security team in emergency response procedures and incident management.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Ensure disciplinary measures are enforced in alignment with company policies.
Job Requirements:
Over 10 years’ experience in the hotel or related industries and at least 5 years holding similar capacity
Holder of a valid Security Personnel Permit
With necessary certification as First Aider / CPR / Fire Drill Ambassador will be a definite advantage
Knowledge of fire safety regulations, occupational health and safety legislation, and other relevant laws.
Experience in a disciplinary service within the government is preferred.
