Responsibilities
- Manage daily room assignment processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and strategic allocation of rooms
- Monitor room inventory and coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status updates and prioritize cleaning
- Collaborate with Front Desk, Reservations, Sales, and Revenue Management to support special requests, early arrivals, extended stays, and group allocations
- Identify opportunities to maximize room revenue through effective room-type controls and optimization
- Ensure VIP, elite loyalty members, and special‑occasion guests receive appropriate room types and upgrades
- Prepare reports on room status, inventory, and forecasting as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Front Office, Reservations, or Housekeeping operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with PMS (Opera/Hyatt systems preferred) is an advantage
