Officer, Client Servicing

Job Description: 

  • Handle enquiries and follow up requests from designated clients
  • Work closely with Manager to deliver quality service and sales support to clients
  • Follow up with other Departments to gather data for utilization report
  • Set up/update Online Sign Up/Sign Off Lists
  • Own the Contract Renewal Report of the team with status update
  • Assist in the implementation of sales activities and provide sales support functions
  • Handle special assignments from time to time
  • Cater the project requested by the client
  • Attend meeting with clients in the renewal process or service review
  • Back up of teammates
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Around 1-2 years relevant experience in healthcare or medical insurance company
  • Independent, customer-oriented & attention to details
  • Excellent command of written and verbal communications skills, especially Chinese & English
  • Teamplayer who is detail-minded and can work under pressure in a flexible environment
