Job Description:

  • Interpret contract details
  • Decipher contract / provider information into related systems or template with consistent terminology
  • Resolve issues arising from system set-up
    • Investigate and identify the root cause
    • Communicate with relevant parties to develop solutions and to avoid future occurrence
  • Provide training to frontline staff on system use
  • Perform system UAT
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by team head

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the Sales and Policy Administration in Insurance/HealthCare Industry
  • Good PC skills, especially in excel and photo editing
  • Self-starter, independent with good communication and presentation skills
