Junior Cook (Pastry) 初級廚師(餅房)

The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Junior Cook (Pastry) to support the daily operation of The Verandah, a Western Cuisine in the Food & Beverage Department.

Key Accountabilities 主要職責

• Ensure high standard and quality of the mise en place.
  製備食物時確保高標準和高質量。
• Strictly follow standard recipes.
  嚴格按照每道菜式食譜標準。
• Work in any section of the kitchen when requested.
  必要時在廚房其他部門的工作。

General requirements 職位要求

• Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations in VTC or other institutes.
  持有VTC或其他專上院校頒授的飲食業文憑。
• 1-2 years' experience in the hospitality industry.
  具1-2年酒店相關工作經驗。
• Elementary level of English is preferable.
  略懂英語為佳。
