Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibility 

• Assist the section manager to manage the day to day activities of the section

• Handle and process to complete loan transactions especially syndicated loans, i.e. disbursement, repayment, rollover in accordance with the establish processing/control procedures, operating Delegation of Authorization (DoA), service standards

• Create/delete/maintain details of loans in systems in accordance with approved terms

• Handle data input, contribution and maintenance for CRA platform of loan transactions in accordance with the established processing/control procedures, Guidelines of the Sharing and Use of Consumer Credit Data

• Handle and respond to inquiries/requests from internal/external partners/customers on service and loan processing of related matters

• Give suggestion for streamlining operational procedures, increasing productivity, enhancing operational control, achieving resource utilization (for surge of volume)

• Support system enhancement for various systems to perform user acceptance tests, live verifications, drill tests, etc

• Provide coordination, guidance, coaching and counseling to section members in completing the section’s responsibilities

• Promote and encourage open and good communication amongst all levels of members

Requirement 

• Degree holder, or post-secondary education with minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Good knowledge and experience of banking operations and loan processing
• Accuracy and thoroughness in work
• Good senses of risk control and management
• Result and customer service oriented
• Positive attitude, creative and innovative
• Self-motivated with good analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good team player, supportive and flexible to take up departmental tasks
• Good PC knowledge and skills
