Coordinate and communicate event logistic details with guests and concerned departments; and monitor the logistic deployment plan after project confirmed
Exceed guest satisfaction by providing creative ideas and ensure seamless execution of the event with high standard of service delivery
Engage in negotiations and manage the budget of the events
Build and maintain good relationships with guests to obtain future event business
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in hotel for catering studies or related discipline
Minimum 6 years of related event planning experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sales-orientated, sociable and outgoing
Excellent command in both written & spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin)
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
