Head of Risk Management & Coordination Division [Ref no: HRMCD-KF]

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of maintaining the bank-wide risk management policies, to align with regulatory requirements and business strategies;
• Lead the team to establish and review credit risk related policies and procedures, and to produce in-depth risk analytics to monitor the bank’s credit performance;
• Actively engage in bank-wide risk management projects, and lead the team to support the continuous enhancement of credit systems;
• Monitor regulatory developments in credit risk related areas, actively participate in industry working groups/ consultation and provide advisory to business;
• Lead the team to prepare high quality of bank-wide risks reporting for various board level/ management level committees;
• Support and advise bank’s mainland subsidiary bank in managing credit risk.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• At least 10 years of relevant experience including 3 years in managerial role;
• Ability to deal with executives and external/ internal stakeholders at all levels, and distil key information;
• Strong analytical mindset to resolve complex issues;
• Expert in credit risk management with sound product knowledge in loans, bonds, trade finance, and OTC derivatives;
• Proactive to drive technology transformation in the area of credit risk management;
• Professional qualification such as CFA or FRM is an advantage;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
