Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Supervisor / Team Leader - Cafe / Chinese Restaurant is responsible for assisting the Manager in managing the Outlet as a successful independent profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt Hotels Corporation standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the assigned outlet.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Supervisor/ Team Leader/ Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Team Leader.
