About the Role

As a Head Mixologist, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation and the preparation of items & service of the Bar.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the section before and after service according to Hotel standard.
• Handle guest feedback for continuous improvement of service.
• Conduct inventory checks in assigned sections and assist with requisition processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Hotels or Asia Best 50 Bars, with minimum 1 year in supervisory level.
• Innovative, creative and obsessed about cocktails.
• Sound understanding of various kinds of spirits and wine.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, fluent in Cantonese or Putonghua would be an advantage.
