Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager (Security Services)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and supervise a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services.
- Manage duty rosters by assigning suitable security staff to appropriate sites, ensuring cost-effective use of manpower.
- Meet with clients, handle complaints and inquiries, and take appropriate actions to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training sessions, periodic drills, and exercises.
- Outdoor work is required.
Requirements
- Diploma or above.
- Certificate in First Aid / Train-the-Trainer / Safety Supervisor is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in security services or disciplinary services, with at least 3 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
- Strong leadership abilities with uncompromising integrity and a passion for excellence.
- Results-driven, flexible, and equipped with good communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- A valid private car license is preferable, and Security Personnel Permit (SPP) is required.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Manager (Security Service).
