Responsibilities:
- Take orders and serve food & beverages to customers
- Anticipate and react to customers needs and maximize their satisfaction
- Assist the Manager with administrative tasks such as guest profile management, stock and maintenance requisitions, staff scheduling and record keeping
- Assist in oversee staff performance, train and coach staff to ensure a smooth operation
- Ensure high level of hygiene and cleanliness in restaurant
Requirements:
- Holder of Certificate/Diploma in hotel & catering management
- Minimum of 3 year’s experience in F&B industry, experience in hotels will be an advantage
- Customer-oriented, passionate, enthusiastic and strong sense of responsibility
- Strong conflict resolution/management and decision-making skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Able to work on shift (1200-2130 / 0700-1630), weekends and statutory holidays
