Responsibilities
- To assist First Vice President, Head of Business Development or Branch Manager to implement business strategies and action plan in driving corporate and personal deposit & business growth of the Business Centre
- To plan, direct, coordinate and control the operations of the Business Centre
- To provide excellent service in handling customer issues, complaints and enquiries in a timely, problem-free and responsive manner
- To ensure all daily transactions and relevant controls are performed accurately and properly according to the Bank’s standard procedures
Requirements
- HKDSE/HKCEE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above
- Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent)
- Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent)
- Pass in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking sector covering the following:
- At least 3 years in supervisory position of branch operations;
- Sound knowledge in branch operations and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided;
- Strong technical knowledge of the Bank’s products and services;
- Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
