Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop effective customer acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns and conduct regular result review and enhancement.
- Enhance customer service operations to ensure high satisfaction levels, addressing the specific needs and concerns of customers.
- Formulate and execute marketing and business development strategies and initiatives of insurance and investment product to grow the cross-border (China) customer base.
- Devise strategy and action plan of customer acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling, and monitor the target achievement.
- Oversee cross border projects and coordinate resources to ensure effective implementation of banking services to suit customers’ needs.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to devise a customer cross-border journey.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and recommend initiatives for keeping the Bank’s market competitiveness in terms of product, channel delivery and customer experience;
- Enhance brand awareness through marketing campaigns and strategic partnership.
- Oversee and ensure all works are comply with internal process and procedures, as well as the latest guidelines from regulators in Hong Kong and the China.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in investment product particularly in expanding customer bases and marketing within financial services.
- Strong problem-solving ability; analytical and critical thinking
- Open-minded; team player; willing to challenge status quo and run extra mile
- Strong business sense; good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
