Job Description:
Responsibilities include addressing member inquiries, resolving feedback, training staff on bowling and other ground floor facilities and involve in budget planning and CAPEX assessments.
Bowling Alley
Operate and maintain bowling machines to ensure optimal performance.
Organise and support Club Bowling Events and Inter-Club League Matches.
Manage F&B party bookings.
Coordinate with external contractors for routine maintenance and servicing.
Track daily usage and compile monthly user reports.
Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and plan timely replacements.
Bar (F&B)
Take member orders, prepare drinks/food, and serve efficiently.
Clear tables, sanitize surfaces, and operate the dishwasher to ensure glassware availability.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bar area.
Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
Golf Simulator
Manage member check-ins and booking processes.
Ensure the simulator is fully operational at all times.
Keep the area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Inspect and maintain golf equipment regularly.
Maintain inventory and plan timely replacements (e.g., golf balls, tees).
Report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly.
Arcade
Maintain a clean and tidy environment.
Ensure all gaming equipment is in good working condition.
Track inventory and plan timely replacements (e.g., game supplies, video games, accessories).
Report and follow up on maintenance needs.
Requirements:
DSE or above
Min. 1 years’ working experience in hospitality industry preferred
Good command of spoken and written English
Outgoing, energetic, creative, well-organised and fun
