Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to incoming enquiries via multi-channel in a professional and timely manner
- Cooperate with branches and departments to resolve customer's requests and maintain satisfactory quality of customer service
- Identify sales opportunities to promote personal loan or credit card products via inbound calls and outbound promotional campaigns
- Handle and escalate customer feedback when necessary in line with internal guidelines
- Perform routine clerical tasks and job-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- F.5 HKCEE / F.6 HKDSE, high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years relevant working experience in customer service or call center in banking/finance industry, preferably in credit card operations
- Background in telemarketing is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with good telephone manner
- Able to work flexibly and independently
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Hands on PC skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
