Information Technology – CMB Technology

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the business flow (i.e. customer journey, business operations) and translate it into technical requirements. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify areas for improvement, and support the development and implementation of IT solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our teammates in various locations, including Xian, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Business Analyst, CMB Technology.

Principal responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements
• Conduct analysis and documentation of business needs and system requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions
• Assist in the testing and quality assurance of developed solutions
• Provide support and training to end-users on implemented systems
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies (i.e. Generative AI)

Requirements

• University degree or above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, such as Microsoft’s Power Apps, is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
