Pharmacy Officer (Dispenser Background is Welcomed)

Job Responsibilities

• Support Central Pharmacy Department in daily inventory management including but not limited to distribution of drugs and medical consumables to clinics
• Assist in preparation of reports for data analysis
• Work with IT/logistics service provider on data interface issues
• Validate vendor invoices and co-ordinate with Finance on payment arrangement
• Support stock take activities and reconciliation
• Assist in the monitoring of warehouse storage conditions and drug wholesale dealer activities for regulatory compliance
• Handle enquiries from clinics and other business units

Job Requirements

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in inventory management / retail / healthcare industry
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product is an advantage
• Self-motivated and committed to continuing professional development and learning
• Team player and flexible
• Good knowledge of drugs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and IT skills
• Good organisational skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in using inventory control system
