Network Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s network infrastructure across Hong Kong offices and construction sites.
• Manage and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security of all network systems.
• Develop and enforce IT network policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard company data and resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations and timely delivery of network-related projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network engineering team, supporting their professional development and performance.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend strategic upgrades or improvements to support business growth.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in network administration and infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and cloud networking solutions.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-level networks and implementing IT security measures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
