Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor the performance of the restaurant to maximize sales revenue and productivity, manpower efficiency, and customer service according to company standards.
  • Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Lead training and proper administration for the team to meet performance standards and effectively align cost and revenue budgets to achieve profitability standards.
  • Ensure restaurant standards are consistently implemented.

Job Requirement:

  • 5 years or more of managerial experience in the F&B industry (experience in Chinese Restaurant & Banquet operations preferred).
  • Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities are frequently utilized.
  • Excellent communication skills, guest service-oriented, with a good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
