Business Development Manager (Cross-border Segment)

Responsibilities:

• Achieve the assigned business targets
• Assist cross-border team to increase sales capacity and cost efficiency of cross-border team through respective sales and services activities
• Increase customer profitability through customer acquisition of new customers and cross-selling of suitable products to new and existing customers
• Involve actively in bank-wide campaigns and cross-border team initiatives
• Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines 

 Requirements:

• Preferably university graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Personal Banking or financial industry
• Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8 or equivalent
• Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player with good initiatives and assertiveness
• A self-motivator who is keen on upgrading & improving personal knowledge & skills to meet evolving job requirements
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Business Development Manager
