About the Role:
uSMART Securities is seeking a results-driven professional to lead sales, relationship management, and business development for our structured products business in Hong Kong. This role focuses on building new client relationships, deepening existing ones, and delivering tailored structured investment solutions to high-net-worth clients, family offices, and institutional investors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities
- Promote and distribute structured products, specifically on flow products such as Fixed Coupon Notes, Equity Linked Notes and Snowball Coupon Notes
- Collaborate with structuring, trading, and operations teams to design, price, and execute customized solutions
- Provide clients with market insights, investment ideas, and timely product updates
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and SFC regulatory requirements
- Stay informed on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in structured product sales, relationship management, or capital markets
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and structured product sales is essential
- Proven client acquisition and revenue generation track record
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; familiarity with SFC licensing preferred
