Essential duties and responsibilities

• To ensure that efficient method of order taking is taking place.
• To establish an effective and efficient method for setting orders properly.
• Provide excellent customer service to our guests in accordance to hotel standards.
• Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the restaurant.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is essential
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
