What You Will Be Doing:
Support our SME program lending development and further enhancements
Run and drive loan business through various always-on loan campaigns
Support other loan team projects, including core banking development and digital builds.
Drive initiatives and drive the development and ongoing enhancement of the loan originate orginisation system, ensuring alignment with regional design standards and best practices.
Drive the end-to-end delivery and usage of loans programmes, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competitor offerings, and industry trends, using insights to innovate and improve products and processes.
Develop and manage the product roadmap, implementation timelines, and project milestones to deliver differentiated digital banking solutions.
Strategize go-to-market plans to ensure successful product launches and monitor customer acceptance through tracking metrics.
Monitor product performance through analytics and customer feedback, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and the exploration of new technologies and methodologies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide support to bank-wide development, including core banking revamp, banking website revamp etc.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum of 5 -10 years' working experience in banking, preferably in SME banking, product management and / or digital product management
Experienced with senior stakeholder management, and for pushing through initiatives in a challenging environment
Independent worker with an ability to multi-task under tight timelines
Driven, willing to challenge the status-quo and be innovative in problem solving
Strong understanding of banking products and balances between benefit to the bank and benefit to the customer
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to execution, with a focus on customer experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in product management – consumer or commercial products – and/or lending experience. i.e. SME Credit or Commercial Banking Relationship Manager with Trade knowledge will be a plus
