Head of Facilities Management and Projects

The incumbent is responsible for overall management of store development projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all processes are consistent with timely delivery. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of cross functional and external professional to provide end-to-end execution in new store development, store renovation and related projects
  • Maintain the brand image and standard by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in the design and construction process
  • Monitor project budget and report variances to the management
  • Negotiate all cost/pricing with vendors/contractors for cost control during the process
  • Ensure projects are realized according to agreed plan, budget and quality levels
  • Manage proper procurement process in compliance with the Group’s requirements
  • Manage technical support team in providing maintenance support to stores in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Lead the team for continuous improvement and development
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as directed by the management

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in construction, building services, architecture, project management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of relevant retail experience
  • Experience in architectural and design programs such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D or equivalent
  • Able to communicate effectively across team and organization, lead and influence cross functional departments
  • Strong team player, good in building professional relationships with external stakeholders
  • Able to meet tight deadline and agreed budget
  • Excellent project management skills, strong analytical skills and solution-driven
  • Open-minded with Can-do attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Lead the team for continuous improvement and development
