The incumbent is responsible for overall management of store development projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all processes are consistent with timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of cross functional and external professional to provide end-to-end execution in new store development, store renovation and related projects
- Maintain the brand image and standard by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in the design and construction process
- Monitor project budget and report variances to the management
- Negotiate all cost/pricing with vendors/contractors for cost control during the process
- Ensure projects are realized according to agreed plan, budget and quality levels
- Manage proper procurement process in compliance with the Group’s requirements
- Manage technical support team in providing maintenance support to stores in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Lead the team for continuous improvement and development
- Perform ad-hoc projects as directed by the management
Requirements
- Degree holder in construction, building services, architecture, project management or related disciplines
- At least 10 years of relevant retail experience
- Experience in architectural and design programs such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D or equivalent
- Able to communicate effectively across team and organization, lead and influence cross functional departments
- Strong team player, good in building professional relationships with external stakeholders
- Able to meet tight deadline and agreed budget
- Excellent project management skills, strong analytical skills and solution-driven
- Open-minded with Can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
