Manager – Club InterContinental

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct the operation of Club Lounge and ensure achievement of maximum guest satisfaction to hotel VIPs;
• Forecast Club Lounge occupancy and schedule social engagements for Club and VIP guests;
• Review arrival lists and perform pre-arrival preparations, including but to limited to inspection of  VIP rooms, checking of room allocations and special requests etc.;
• Handle guests’ complaints and follow up on correction action;
• Liaise with other departments to deliver unique guest experience;
• Train, coach and discipline staff and provide feedback to enhance performance;
• Promote desired work culture and sustain IHG service standards.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related studies;
• At least 5 years of related working experience of which 3 years in managerial or supervisory role;
• Excellent communication skills with good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, other languages are preferred;
• Confident, mature, responsible and attentive;
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, leadership and interpersonal skills.
