Temporary Administrative Assistant - Payroll (1-year Renewable Contract)

Schindler Lifts (HK) Ltd

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including but not limited to data entry, timesheet verification, leave administration and payroll calculation etc.
  • Work closely with HRBP, Finance and frontline departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
  • Prepare reports and documentations related to tax filing, MPF, audits etc.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma level or above in Business Administration / Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll is preferable
  • Hands on experience in SAP system is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of using MS Excel, Words, other MS application and Chinese typing
  • Independent, proactive, attentive to details, multi-tasking and well-versed in local Labour Ordinance
  • Able to handle massive data Excel files and perform tedious and repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
