Support the planning and execution of operational strategies and initiatives in alignment with the Bank’s strategic direction to support sustainable growth and operational excellence
Work with IT data team to maintain, and enhance MIS dashboards and reports to monitor the productivity and performance of operation departments. Identify bottlenecks and recommend areas for operational improvements
Participate in and track the progress of strategic operational projects, including Gen AI initiatives and automation, and follow up closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and implementation that aligns with business goals
Provide centralized governance support to operation teams, including operational risk monitoring and ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
Prepare management reports and presentations for senior management and the Board, summarizing operational performance, key initiatives, risks, and strategic insights
Research industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends relevant to banking operations. Provide strategic recommendations and insights to senior management to support data-driven decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields
At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, MIS, or project management within banking industry
Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced), Tableau, or equivalent is desirable
Familiarity with risk governance frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to banking operations is a plus
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownerships
