What You'll Do
- To provide quality services to our residents and guests
- To be responsible for daily operation of the property, including but not limited to office administration, procurement, customer services, complaint handling etc.
- To supervise the overall performance of contractors to ensure their services properly provided
- To direct and supervise building staff
- To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in residential building
- Member of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office
