Assistant Officer, Contract Administration

Job Description:

  • Review and input contract/network/enrolment information into related system
  • Prepare, review and input doctor information and movement into related system
  • Assist supervisor to prepare client quotation or agreement (including revising, filing, scanning etc)
  • Provide customer service support on contract/enrolment set-up enquiry (including investigate and identify the root cause, communicate with relevant parties to develop solutions and to avoid future occurrence)
  • Provide training to other staff on system use and contract logistics (including prepare training materials, issue broadcast and demonstration etc)
  • Provide any support on project assigned
  • Perform system UAT
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by team head

Job Requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKALE or above
  • 2 years relevant experience preferably in the Sales / Policy Administration / IT in Insurance or HealthCare Industry
  • Willing to learn, organized, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule
  • Good PC skills, especially in excel
  • Self-starter, independent with good communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
