Review and input contract/network/enrolment information into related system
Prepare, review and input doctor information and movement into related system
Assist supervisor to prepare client quotation or agreement (including revising, filing, scanning etc)
Provide customer service support on contract/enrolment set-up enquiry (including investigate and identify the root cause, communicate with relevant parties to develop solutions and to avoid future occurrence)
Provide training to other staff on system use and contract logistics (including prepare training materials, issue broadcast and demonstration etc)
Provide any support on project assigned
Perform system UAT
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by team head
Job Requirements:
HKDSE / HKALE or above
2 years relevant experience preferably in the Sales / Policy Administration / IT in Insurance or HealthCare Industry
Willing to learn, organized, detail-minded and able to work under tight schedule
Good PC skills, especially in excel
Self-starter, independent with good communication, and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese
