Manager (Elderly Service)

We are providing a range of home based care services and community support services to the elderly or families in need. We are committed to support families to Care for the elderly in the Community, particularly frail elders and aged couples, to retain their capability to stay home and enjoy ageing in a familiar community.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Senior Manager, the job-holder will take up the overall management and operational responsibilities, covering a number of service centres in the district, service scope will be Integrated Home Care Services / Enhanced Home and Community Care Services, and / or NEC / special projects.

Requirements:

• Registered Social Worker.
• Degree in Social Work with at least 5 years’ post-graduate solid experience in elderly service, including home care services or NEC.
• Management or supervisory experience in elderly service an advantage.
• Have a strong demonstrated interest in community care and elderly service.
