Manage end-to-end payroll processing including but not limited to data entry, timesheet verification, leave administration and payroll calculation etc.
Work closely with HRBP, Finance and frontline departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
Prepare reports and documentations related to tax filing, MPF, audits etc.
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma level or above in Business Administration / Human Resources or related disciplines
At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll is preferable
Hands on experience in SAP system is an advantage
Solid knowledge of using MS Excel, Words, other MS application and Chinese typing
Independent, proactive, attentive to details, multi-tasking and well-versed in local Labour Ordinance
Able to handle massive data Excel files and perform tedious and repetitive tasks efficiently
