Overnight Guest Services Manager

Hotel Stage

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, and serve as general in-charge of Hotel
  • Meet, greet, respond to and resolve inquiries, concerns as well as requests of guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Submit regular reports required by Management according to pre-set time frame and on an ad-hoc basis whenever necessary in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handle Hotel’s emergency and security procedures with maturity, grace and professionalism
  • Undertake patrol and enforce Hotel’s security rules and regulations to ensure safety and security of hotel guests and staff at all times
  • Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experience in hotel industry of which at least 2 years in supervisory level
  • Mature and independent with good leadership, customer-oriented and inter-personal skills
  • Self-motivated, attentive with strong sense of observation and urgency
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Manager
