Events Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote Hotel’s different restaurant outlets and function spaces for groups and events business
• Maintain strong and professional relationship with Hotel’s existing clients and new account acquisition
• Achieve growth and hit restaurant, bars and events sales targets
• Conduct research and develop new concepts and trend-relevant ideas, and to analyze market changes and monitor competitors’ offers and new menu
• Assist the management team to develop sales activities and maximize business opportunities for all outlets
• Ensure smooth operations of Events Department and co-ordinations between Restaurant & Bars, Culinary and other departments / contractors

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in hotel industry or Fine Dining business
• Revenue driven mindset and attention to detail, proactive and aggressive
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Restaurants, Bars & Events Sales Manager
