About the Role

As a Barista, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming coffee experience and prepare high-quality specialty beverages.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene standards and maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
• Gather guest feedback and assist with daily restaurant operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• 為客人提供高品質的咖啡、餐飲體驗
• 確保食品安全及衛生標準，並保持環境清潔舒適
• 收集客人意見，並協助餐廳日常營運
• 履行上司分配的工作

About You

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Tourism or related disciplines is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in café operations or customer service; candidates with coffee certification will be given priority.
• Detailed-oriented and proactive team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• 持有酒店、旅遊或相關學科之文憑或以上學歷者優先考慮
• 具備兩年或以上咖啡店營運或顧客服務經驗；持有咖啡調配證書者優先
• 注重細節、積極主動、具良好團隊合作精神
• 良好英語、粵語及普通話溝通能力
• 能接受輪班工作，包括週末及公眾假期
