Responsibilities
Ensure the room availability is accurately reflected in the booking system
Manage the room assignment and collaborate with other departments to maximize room occupancy while maintaining guest satisfaction.
Assist with managing overbookings, cancellations, and last-minute changes
Support the team as needed, performing additional duties assigned by the Supervisor to maintain smooth front office operations.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience, preferably in similar role.
Motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
