Customer Services Manager (Internet Brokerage)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the customer services team (in HK, SG and Malaysia) for the daily operations and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
  • Responsible for handling account opening (both retail and corporate clients), on-boarding customer KYC check, customer due diligence, etc
  • Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints
  • Assist to revamp the workflow
  • Work closely with compliance, internal audit, operations and related departments for all client data issues
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Holder of SFC License for RA1, holder of RA2 will be an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years related experience in customer services / client onboarding, in which 3 years in team lead role
  • Candidates from brokerage firms preferred
  • Good knowledge in KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures
  • Familiar with SFC regulations and guidelines
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Immediately available preferred
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Manager
