Job Description
Reporting to the Quality, Governance & Customer Care Manager, the incumbent will be working at our 24-hour Customer Service Centre and responsible for the following duties:
- Provide professional and efficient customer service support, including handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers and calls for emergency repair services
- Assist to schedule / arrange job assignments to technicians
- Perform data entry to SAP system and data updates
- 6 working days on shift duties, including overnight shifts

- 資料輸入及簡單文書工作
- 工作日數:6天,需輪班(包括通宵工作)
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- At least one-year relevant working experience in call centre or customer services is highly preferred
- Professional telephone manner, excellent customer services attitude, and good communication skills
- Sound knowledge of application software, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing (Cangjie / Quick Fix)
- Pleasant, mature, independent, with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Work location: Quarry Bay
- Immediate available is a definite advantage

- 中五或以上學歷
- 具一年或以上呼叫中心/客戶服務相關工作的經驗者可獲優先考慮
- 具良好的溝通技巧及客戶服務態度
- 熟識基本電腦操作及電腦應用軟件,如MS Office和中文文字輸入法 (倉頡 / 速成)
- 良好粵語、英語及普通話的會話能力
- 具備良好中英文書寫能力
