Registered Nurse (OT)

Job Responsibilities  :

• Maintain smooth daily operation of the operating theatre
• Support the smooth running of clinical services and safe care to patients
• Provide total patient care and implement safety work for maintaining safe practice
• Assist in the preparation of the operating room before surgery
• Scrub nurse and circulation nurse responsibilities
• Provide nursing care and support for PACU after surgery
• Post-op wound care
• Provide good and accurate documentation related to medical record
• Maintain a high standard of infection control in the operating room
• Monitor the operating room’s environmental conditions and maintain aseptic technique
• Assist in the proper cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

• Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder with a valid practicing certificate
• At least 2-3 years experience in OT Department
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, positive, proactive, and with customer-service manner
