Restaurant Manager - Western Restaurant (西餐廳經理)

Chinese Recreation Club, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including team rosters, training, and administration.

• Ensure flawless execution of service while enhancing the guest dining experience.

• Monitor food & beverage costs, labor budgets, and inventory to maximize profits.

• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to exceed guest expectations.

• Handle social media feedback and assist in event operations.

 

Requirements:

• 5 years or more of managerial experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants or hotel.

• Having experience in new restaurant openings and management is a plus.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Proficient in using computer systems for inventory, staff scheduling, and reporting.

• 6 days of work

 

Salary: Based on qualifications and experience.
