Digital Services Officer - Project Management & Services

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving automation and FinTech projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, plan, and budget
• Drive project execution including requirement definition, solution design in partnership with technology teams
• Ensure project complies with project governance framework and risk & compliance requirements of the Bank

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a system integrator or project officer
• Demonstrate strong project management capabilities and solid banking domain knowledge
• Solid experience in IT systems implementation and / or software development life cycle
• Ability to communicate to key stakeholders including senior management on project status, progress, issues and solutions
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and willing to work with tight schedule
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
• Understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools with hands-on experience is an added advantage
