What you will do:

  • Assist The Chinese Restaurant Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement.
  • Provide courteous, professional and efficient F&B service at all times
  • Create a memorable dining experience to customers
  • Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
  • Strive to constantly satisfy customers’ needs and delight the customers

What you should have: 

  • Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training; preferablyDiploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
  • Basic computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader in a hotel or restaurant with good standards; essential prerequisite is experience in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry.
