Assistant Credit Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Support to the team for comprehensive credit analysis to optimize the credit acceptance criteria and portfolio actions
• Participate in the development of scorecards/ other models for acquisition or portfolio management in unsecured personal lending offered
• Support the development of the risk-based pricing models and conduct regular review and validation to ensure the model is fit for business growth
• Assist the enhancement in credit bureau analytics in both acquisition and portfolio management usage
• Assist to analyze and identify potential areas of improvement in credit loss, product offers, customer segments, credit procedures, portfolio management etc.
• Prepare periodic reports to monitor the portfolio performance, acquisition quality, product campaign, collection management, etc.
• Perform user acceptance tests on system enhancement
• Conduct Credit Assurance to identify and evaluate problems in underwriting process and review on credit assurance scope

Requirements

• University degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Statistics or other related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ banking experience in Modeling, Risk Analytics and Credit Risk Management
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or any risk management related qualification is preferable
• Proficiency in SAS / R is required, with knowledge of VBA / Python is an advantage
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Credit Risk Officer
